Shipping Policy (Anam Fitness)

Business Days
“Business days” means Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
1) Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

If your order contains multiple items, it may ship in more than one parcel depending on stock location/availability.
2) Delivery Timeframe
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4 to 9 business days.
Estimated total time (processing + delivery): approximately 5 to 12 business days.

3) Free Shipping

If you are outside these locations, we apologise for any inconvenience and are working to expand shipping options.
Customs & import charges (where applicable): If your delivery destination may incur import duties/taxes (typically international deliveries), these charges are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly included at checkout.
6) Shipping Address Accuracy (Important)
Please ensure the address entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or refusal of delivery, we can:

reship the order (additional shipping costs may apply), or

refund the order minus any return-to-sender fees charged by the carrier.

7) Safe Place / Delivered to Neighbour or Reception
If you instruct the carrier to leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or with reception/concierge, this may be treated as a completed delivery once the carrier confirms delivery to that location/person (proof of delivery). We recommend using this option only if you’re confident the location is secure.
8) Delays & Delivery Exceptions
In rare cases, delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

Incorrect address details provided at checkout
If delays occur, we will do our best to support you and provide updates where possible.
9) Lost, Missing, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is missing, arrives damaged, or appears tampered with, please contact us promptly so we can help.
To help us resolve issues quickly:

Damaged items: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and items.

Missing parcels: contact us if tracking hasn’t moved for several days or if the parcel is marked delivered but not received.
We may need time to investigate with the carrier before issuing a replacement/refund (this is standard for courier claims), but we will guide you through the process.
