Returns & Refunds Policy – Anam Fitness

We want you to love gym clothing and fitness accessories from Anam Fitness. If something isn’t right, we offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order, subject to the terms below.

This policy is in addition to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Where local law gives you stronger protections, those rights will apply.


1) 14-Day Return Window (Request + Return)

You must request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery.
After your return is authorised, you must send the item back within 14 days of approval (unless we confirm otherwise in writing).


2) Return Eligibility (Condition Requirements)

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused and unwashed

  • Free from marks/odours (including sweat, deodorant, make-up, perfume, pet hair)

  • With all tags, labels and hygiene seals/stickers attached (where applicable)

  • In original packaging where reasonably possible (including accessories packaging)

  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

If returned items do not meet these conditions, we may:

  • refuse the return, or

  • issue a partial refund to reflect loss in value, cleaning, repackaging, or unsellable condition (where permitted by law).


3) How to Start a Return (Authorisation Required)

To start a return, email: returns@anamonline.com

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return (optional for change-of-mind, helpful for sizing/quality issues)

  • Photos if the item is damaged/incorrect/defective

We will confirm eligibility and provide:

  • The return address (provided on request)

  • Return instructions

  • Return label options (if available)

Unapproved returns: Items sent back without prior authorisation may be refused and/or returned to sender.


4) Return Shipping Costs (Who Pays)

Change of mind / wrong size / style / not suitable

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

You can choose either:

  • Your own tracked shipping at your expense, or

  • A prepaid return label (where available) — the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

We strongly recommend a tracked service. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us. We cannot refund items lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Faulty / damaged / incorrect item

If we confirm the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, Anam Fitness will cover return shipping by:

  • providing a prepaid return label, or

  • reimbursing reasonable return postage if we ask you to ship it back and you provide proof of payment.

We will confirm the applicable option in writing.


5) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Report Quickly)

Please inspect your order on arrival.

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@anamonline.com with:

    • Order number

    • A brief description

    • Clear photos of the issue and packaging (where possible)

Claims reported late may be harder to validate with the carrier/manufacturer, but we will review every case fairly.


6) Non-Returnable Items & Hygiene Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Items that appear worn, washed, soiled, stained, or smell of odours

  • Items with missing/removed tags or hygiene seals/stickers

  • Items that cannot be hygienically inspected or resold once used (e.g., water bottles, ice baths/tubs, towels, mouth guards, underwear, or similar hygiene-sensitive products where applicable)

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale/clearance items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase (where permitted by law)

If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies, email us before sending it back.


7) Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different size/colour/item:

  1. Request a return for the original item, and

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item once available.

This helps you receive the replacement faster and avoids stock delays.


8) UK & EU (Including France) – Cooling-Off Rights

If your order is delivered to the UK or EU, you generally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods (cooling-off period), subject to condition and hygiene exceptions.

To use this right:

  • Notify us within 14 days of delivery, and

  • Return goods in the eligible condition described in this policy.

For standard cooling-off returns (change of mind), you pay return shipping, unless the item is faulty/incorrect/damaged.


9) USA Customers

There is no general federal cooling-off right for standard online purchases. However, Anam Fitness voluntarily offers the same 14-day returns window for USA customers, subject to the same eligibility rules and shipping cost rules above.


10) Refunds (How and When You’ll Be Refunded)

Once your return is delivered to us, we will inspect it and email you with the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection/approval.

Please note:

  • Your bank/card provider may take additional time to post the funds.

  • If a prepaid label was used for a change-of-mind return, the label cost is deducted from your refund.

  • Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless required by law.

If 15 business days pass after approval and you have not received your refund, contact returns@anamonline.com.


11) Refused Deliveries / Uncollected Parcels

If an order is refused, returned to sender, or uncollected from a pickup point, we may refund the order minus any return shipping/handling fees charged to us by the carrier (where permitted by law).
