Anam Fitness Store (AnamOnline.com) is a family-run online shop specialising in gym clothing, workout clothes and fitness accessories for men and women. We focus on performance, comfort and confidence so you can train harder and recover better.

We offer a curated range of men’s and women’s gym clothing (vests, tees, leggings, shorts, hoodies, matching sets) plus fitness accessories such as ab rollers, yoga mats, grip trainers, water bottles, gym bags, posture tools and more.

4. Which countries do you ship to?
At the moment, we ship orders within the UK, France and USA only. We’re working towards expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

Yes. We currently offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order size or value. There are no extra delivery charges at checkout.
6. How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders arrive within 4–13 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times can vary depending on your location and courier conditions such as weather or local delays.
7. How will I know my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive an order/shipping confirmation email with your order details and chosen shipping method. If a tracking reference is available from the courier, it will be included in that email.
8. What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

To request a return, email returns@anamonline.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send a return label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return won’t be accepted.
10. Are sale items or gift cards returnable?
No. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Please check product details and sizing before ordering items that are on sale.
11. Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t process direct exchanges. The quickest way is to return the item and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the product or size you want instead.
12. How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within around 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to process the credit.
13. Do EU customers have a cooling-off period?
Yes. For orders shipped into the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason, provided items are unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you have proof of purchase.
