Anam Fitness is a brand/trading name of Anam Online Limited. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Anam Online Limited (trading as Anam Fitness).

Anam Online Limited offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY (SUMMARY)

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy (the most current version is available on our website). Key points include:

  1. Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  2. Delivery time: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–9 business days (estimates, not guarantees).

  3. Address accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or refusal/uncollected delivery, we may refund minus any carrier return/handling fees (where permitted by law).

  4. Split shipments: If your order contains multiple items, it may ship in separate parcels.

  5. Safe place/alternate delivery instructions: If you instruct a carrier to deliver to a safe place, neighbour, or reception, delivery may be treated as completed once the carrier confirms delivery to that location/person (subject to applicable consumer law).

  6. Force majeure / disruption: We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (see Section 17).

SECTION 7 – RETURNS & REFUNDS (SUMMARY)
