  1. Open your order confirmation email

    • After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your items.

  2. Find your shipping / tracking email

    • Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.

    • This email includes your tracking link or tracking number (where available).

  3. Click the tracking link

    • Tap or click the tracking link in the email to view live updates from the courier, including the parcel’s current status and the latest estimated delivery date.

Frequently Asked Questions – Tracking & Delivery

Why can’t I see tracking information yet?
Sometimes tracking details take a little time to update after your parcel has been handed to the courier. Please wait a few hours and check again. If there’s still no update after 24–48 hours, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 4–13 business days, depending on your location and the courier. Weekends, holidays or unexpected courier delays can occasionally extend this time, but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update your address. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once an order has been dispatched, we’re usually unable to change the delivery address.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received my parcel – what now?
First, check around your property, safe places, parcel lockers and with neighbours or building management. If you still can’t find the parcel, contact us straight away. We’ll contact the courier to investigate and work with you on next steps.

Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
Orders can only be cancelled before they’re prepared for shipment. If you need to cancel, email us immediately with your order number. If the parcel has already been dispatched, you may need to wait for delivery and then request a return in line with our returns policy.
